As you cultivate intrapersonal strengths, you’ll gain the self-awareness and wellbeing enhancing strategies to direct your thoughts and emotions with purpose and propelling yourself toward a more balanced, fulfilling, and empowered future.

This session offers a series of interactive insights designed to help you build your best self. Here’s what you’ll explore:

  • Intrapersonal Character Strengths: Explore five key intrapersonal strengths. For instance, Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Resilience, optimism and Courage .
  • Importance of ‘Self’: Understand the true meaning of self-concept, self-esteem, self-image and harness your self-regulation skills along with courage.
  • Life Skill Learning: Acquire essential skills—like problem solving, communication, and decision making—that support success in both personal and professional spheres.
  • 5’C Model: Explore five key elements: Control, Confidence, Commitment, Connection, and Creativity.
  • Best Possible Self Exercise: Visualize and write about your ideal future self to inspire motivation, positive change, and clarity of purpose.
  • Appreciative Inquiry: Practice asking positive, forward-looking questions to recognize your strengths, achievements, and opportunities for growth.
  • Attribute Reflection and Self-Complimenting: Reflect on your personal attributes and practice giving yourself sincere compliments, boosting self-esteem and self-acceptance.
  • Meta-cognition: Understand the ability to be aware through metacognitive reflection and how one can possible think about his/her own thinking and engage in planning, regulation and monitoring of thoughts.
  • Entertainment of Everyday: Experiencing Joy Through Therapy, Comedy, and Shared Humor: Understanding the ability to find joy of living in day-to-day life and sharing laughter with others.
  • Intrapersonal character strength enhancing strategies: Applying different strategies such as spirituality, meditation, yoga, physical exercise that can enhance intrapersonal character strength in day-to-day basis.

To test the effectiveness of this program, we invite you to complete a short psychological testing at the start and towards the end. You will also gain access to valuable resources to support your learning throughout the program. Also, you will get an e-certificate post completion of the intervention and pre- post testing.
