Interpersonal Strengths Interventions
Welcome to the Interpersonal Strengths Program!
By joining the program, you’re opening doors to stronger relationships, deeper connections, and more meaningful interactions in your life. As you develop interpersonal strengths, you’ll learn to communicate with empathy, collaborate with confidence, and nurture bonds that uplift both you and others. This journey equips you with relationship-enhancing strategies to build trust, harmony, and a positive social network, empowering you to thrive in your communities and create a more supportive, compassionate, and connected future.
This program includes 10 sessions:
- Core Interpersonal Character Strengths: Learn the core strengths, empathy, compassion, cooperation, gratitude, and trust that empower positive relationships.
- Gratitude Journaling: Develop a habit of consciously appreciating people and happy moments in your life to strengthen bonds and uplift your mood.
- Practicing Acts of Kindness and Compassion: Engage in small but powerful actions that promote goodwill, emotional healing, and stronger social ties.
- Loving-Kindness Meditation: Practice sending kind thoughts and wishes toward yourself, loved ones, and even strangers, fostering emotional warmth and connection.
- Perceptual Positions: Learn to see situations from multiple viewpoints. Develop an objective perspective towards yourself and other people to enhance understanding and reduce conflict.
- Reframing Others’ Mistakes: Cultivate the ability to view errors as opportunities for learning rather than as barriers to relationships.
- Social Convoy Mapping: Identify the people in your life who provide emotional, informational, and practical support, and strengthen these bonds intentionally.
- Social Connectedness and Belonging: Explore ways to deepen your sense of belonging within your social circles and communities, boosting overall well-being.
- Emotional Intelligence and Minding in Psychology: Discover ways to understand and manage your emotions and learn about minding for a long-lasting relationship.
- Interpersonal enhancing strategies: Applying different strategies to interpersonal relations, that can enhance interpersonal strengths in day-to-day basis
To test the effectiveness of this program, we invite you to complete a short psychological testing at the start and towards the end. You will also gain access to valuable resources to support your learning throughout the program. Also, you will get an e-certificate post completion of the intervention and pre- post testing.
